Need for "password" in order to unzip purchased extension


Good day!

I’ve just purchased an extension from your Store (DrawerArrangement).
Got the .zip file OK.
But when I tried to unzip it a message popped-up: “…I need to enter the same encryption password as when the file was encrypted…” or something to the same effect.
Can somebody help me to solve this issue, please?

P.S.: tried to send an email to twice regarding the above but “it could not be delivered”…(?)
